Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

5. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir well to combine the ingredients.

6. Cook the sauce for about 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.

7. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them with the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

8. Cover the skillet and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.

9. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
